Shipping

Standard Shipping

We charge a flat shipping rate of $12 per order up to the value of $100 after this shipping is free. All shipments will have full tracking available.

Express Shipping

Express post is available, this is $18 flat rate - no free express postage

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately as this time we are unable to ship internationally. 

However if you are international you can check out our ebay store which does have international shipping or contact us to arrange a special listing for you. 

Delivery times 

Standard delivery - expect your item to take  2-10 days after the item/s have been dispatched from our warehouse
Express delivery - 1-3 days after the item/s have been dispatched from our warehouse. 
All our estimates are based on business days, as we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery on holidays and weekends.

 

Returning an Item/ Postage Refunds:

If you (the customer) opt to cancel or return an item/s from an order, there will be no refund of postage charges. You will also be required to pay for the item/s postage back to our warehouse.

If The Novel Exchange cancels an item/s from an order, or you (the customer) have opted to cancel due to fault of The Novel Exchange (i.e. stock discrepancies, manufacturing fault, damage) any additional postage charges will be refunded.

Should your parcel be returned to sender due to no fault of The Novel Exchange (i.e. you have provided us with incorrect address details, item was not collected from post office etc.) you will be required to re-pay the postage cost.
